Purpose:Suitable for coating polyurethane materials with rub resistance, there are two methods: pressure method and non pressure method
Causing the sample to undergo continuous bending, thereby subjecting the bending area of the sample to a series of gentle frictions. Visually observe the wear of the sample.
This machine uses a pressure plate to apply force to the sample, causing damage to the sample through the friction of the pressure plate, in order to test the shear, flexural, and friction resistance of the sample coating. Suitable for materials with a textured surface and materials coated with a thin layer of polyurethane on rough surfaces. (Method A)
It is also possible to apply force without a pressure plate, and determine the shear, flexural, and friction resistance of the sample coating after a certain number of times of friction is generated through simple contact between the sample surfaces. (Method B)
This experiment can be conducted on delivered products or on products that have undergone pre-treatment such as soaking or accelerated aging.
